Dedicated to the memory of "Jake"
Suddenly passed away at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on 13th December, Aged 68 years. Much-loved Husband to Jean and loving Dad of Hayley, Natalie and the late Rachel. Cherished Gramp of Connor, Kenzie, Finley and Kyler. Loving Brother to Philip, Jenny and the late Jeffrey and Brother-in-Law Kenny, Ron and Lyn. Dave will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
